All I can say is...Wow. Not ever having experienced Reiki before, I really wasn't sure what to expect, but what I did know was that I was in search of healing. Tara's welcoming demeanor felt so nurturing from the moment I walked in the door. I felt like I was floating on her table and felt embraced with love, light and healing hands. While it's hard to describe what I felt when I left, I cans say I felt lighter and so incredibly lifted. It carried with me over the next few days and a nice little touch was the personalized follow up with beautiful aftercare. Will definitely make this a part of my regular self-care!
